Derwent Diggers Gardening Club
Malton and Norton based Derwent Diggers are a social gardening club, that host various guest speakers and have trips out to visit gardens in the area. Click the link for all contact details.
Supporting people with mental health problems and loneliness prevention through its drop in centres, cafe, social groups, craft groups and outreach services. Throughout Malton, Norton, Pickering and Ryedale.
Malton Womens Institute offers a place for women to meet, undertake activities, fund raise and be a part of the community.
Situated at the herst of town, just off St Michaels Street, Malton Library offers books, magazines, audio books, music CD's, DVD's, and IT services. There are two disabled parking bays to the front.
Rydale YMCA, The Sidings, Norton, provides housing and support to young people across 14 apartments.
The Camphill Village Trust
The Camphill Village Trust provides a home within a supportive community environment for people of all abilities. They also have a cafe in town.
Injured Jockeys Fund
The Injured Jockeys Fund (IJF) was founded in 1964 following devastating accidents. Since then the Fund has helped over 1000 jockeys and their families and has paid out more than £20m in charitable assistance. IJF is based at Jack Berry House, Malton
Sight Support Ryedale
An independent charity offering support to visually impaired people in the region.
